The Luminae Pull Out IFAK is a quick-release, single-handed extraction medical pouch designed for rapid access in critical situations. It mounts securely to any shooter’s belt, battle belt, or plate carrier, making it ideal for military, law enforcement, and tactical professionals.

The inner med pouch is deployed by pulling the red release tab, which instantly separates the side zips and fully opens the pouch in one smooth action. The design allows either hand to operate the release, ensuring accessibility no matter the situation.

Inside, the pouch features a highly customisable layout to suit the operator’s specific needs. It secures essential medical equipment with elastic loops, mesh compartment pockets, and a Tegris support panel for enhanced organisation and structure.

The tubular holster is constructed from flexible official Multicam fabric, reinforced with a robust laminate layer to provide durability and stability. This ensures smooth extraction while preventing bounce during movement or running.
