Tuff Cuts

Tuff Cuts are medical trauma shears designed to cut quickly through multiple layers of tough material, including combat uniforms and plate-carrier fabrics. They allow clothing and equipment to be removed rapidly when accessing and treating a casualty during an emergency.

Made from medical-grade stainless steel with durable coated plastic handles, the serrated cutting edge provides a secure and controlled cut through clothing, bandages and other tough materials.

The hooked lower blade allows the shears to be inserted safely beneath clothing and equipment while helping to protect the casualty’s skin during use.

Available in two sizes: a compact 6-inch pair for lightweight medical kits and a larger 7.5-inch heavy-duty pair for more demanding applications.
