VIRTUS Upgrade Kit 2.0

Refined through three years of end-user use and feedback, The Luminae Virtus Upgrade Kit 2.0 improves the comfort, fit and functionality of the Virtus STV, giving it the feel and versatility of an operator-style plate carrier.

The updated kit features a redesigned Velcro Front Panel and new cummerbunds to improve functionality, manoeuvrability and comfort. These work alongside the Rear Zip Adapters to provide a secure fit, support mounted equipment and allow the attachment of a zip-on panel, rocket pouch or assault pack.

An included Rear Flap Stow Panel keeps the original Virtus side wings neatly stowed, preventing their buckles and straps from rubbing against your back.

Compatible with CRYE, PLCE and VIRTUS zip-on panels and packs.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Cummerbund
A laser-cut, thermoplastic-reinforced MOLLE cummerbund designed to support radios, ammunition pouches and other equipment. Updated for the 2.0 kit to improve comfort and freedom of movement, it secures through the channels in the Rear Zip Adapters. A central shock cord connection provides tension and flexibility for a close, comfortable fit.

Velcro Front Panel
The redesigned MOLLE-mounted Velcro Front Panel provides a secure front fastening point for the cummerbund. It also allows compatible Velcro-backed magazine pouches to attach directly to the front of the carrier.

Rear Zip Adapters
Allow the attachment of CRYE, PLCE and VIRTUS zip-on panels and packs. Three stitched channels secure the rear of the cummerbund, helping prevent it from twisting under load.

Rear Flap Stow Panel
Helps retain the original Virtus side wings inside the carrier’s rear storage area, keeping the stowed buckles and straps from rubbing against your back.
